Counselling Procedure:

The candidates who appeared in AIEESE 2024 are eligible to attend the online counseling of AIEESE (Primary) 2024 for ‘Admission along with Scholarship’ in the AIEESE (Primary) participating college or university.

Read the online counseling process and important points carefully before you start the online counseling process.

Online Counseling Procedure

Step 1: Log in and select the college or university with the branch:

Log in to your student account using your user ID and password.

List of state-wise colleges and universities with branches (streams) displayed in your counseling panel will appear as per your marks in AIEESE-2024. You have to choose colleges and universities along with branches according to your priority (preference). For example, you have to choose priority 1 for that college or university to which you strongly desire admission along with a scholarship.

Kindly select a minimum of 25 colleges or universities and a maximum according to your choice, with at least one branch.

Those students who are unable to attend the first round of counseling may attend the next round of counseling (which depends upon availability of seats), the date of which will be notified on the website (https://aieeseprimary.co.in/important-dates). So keep visiting the AIEESE (Primary) 2024 Important Date. The counseling process will be completely online.

Step 2: Payment of the counseling fee (as a tuition fee): After selecting a College or University with a branch from your side, you have to make online payments through a debit card, credit card, or net banking of any bank or UPI.

The counseling fee of Rs. 10, 000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) for seat allotment will be applicable and shall be adjusted with the college or university 1st-year tuition fee, in which the student is required to pay the college or university tuition fees after deducting the amount of Rs. 10, 000/- (Rupees ten thousand only).

If any student declines to take admission to the college or university allotted to them at the time of counseling, the counseling fee, i.e., 10,000 (ten thousand only), will be refundable.

Step 3: Document verification: Upload the necessary documents such as 10th mark sheet, 12th mark sheet (if available), school leaving certificate, migration certificate, recent color passport-size photographs, and aadhar card from the student account

Step 4: Downloading the Admission Receipt (Provisional Admission): After depositing the counseling fee during Phase II, you can download your admission slip after five working days of completion of Phase II. Things like allotted college or university, branch, campus reporting date, scholarship and other information are mentioned in the admission receipt. Please retain this receipt for all future reference. Also note that this receipt is important for the entire admission process. Please carefully check all the college details and all relevant information mentioned on the admission receipt.

Step 5: Physical presence and offline document verification: Students must visit the allotted college premises for physical document verification and provide their admission receipt and all the required documents.
