Counselling Procedure

The candidate who appeared in AIEESE - 2024 is eligible to attend the online counselling of AIEESE (Primary) - 2024 for ‘Admission along with Scholarship’ in AIEESE (Primary) participating college/ university. Read the online counselling process and important points carefully before you start the online counselling process.

 

ONLINE COUNSELLING PROCEDURE

Step-1: Log in and select the college/university with branch: Log in to your student account using your user id and password. List of state-wise colleges /universities with branches (streams) displayed in your counselling panel according to your marks in AIEESE-2024. Where you have to choose colleges/universities along with branches, according to your priority (preference). For example, you have to choose priority 1 to that college/university in which you strongly desire to take admission along with a scholarship. Kindly select a minimum of 25 colleges/universities and a maximum according to your choice with at least one branch. Those students who are unable to attend the first round of counselling may attend the next round of counselling (which depends upon availability of seats), the date of which will be notified on the website (https://aieeseprimary.co.in/important-dates) So keep visiting the AIEESE (Primary) -2024 Important date. The counselling process will be completely online.

 

Step-2: Payment of counselling fee (As a tuition fee): After selecting a college/ university with a branch from your side, you have to make online payment through debit card/ credit card/ Net banking of any Bank/ UPI. The counselling fee of Rs.10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for seat allotment will be applicable & shall be adjusted with the college/ university 1st-year tuition fee in which the student is required to pay the college/ university tuition fees after deducting the amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only). In case any student declines to take admission to the college/ university allotted to them at the time of counselling, the counselling fee i.e. Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) will be refundable.

 

Step-3: Documents verification: Upload necessary documents on the student account. 10th mark sheet, 12th mark sheet (If available), school leaving certificate, migration certificate & recent colour passport-size photographs and Aadhar Card.

 

Step-4: Downloading of Admission Receipt (Provisional Admission): After submitting the counselling fee during step II, You can download your admission receipt after five working days after completion of step II. Mentioned in admission receipt like allotted college/ university, Branch, reporting date of campus, Scholarship and other information. Please keep this receipt with you for all future references Also, note that this receipt is important for the entire admission process. Kindly check carefully all the details of the college and all relevant information mentioned on the admission receipt.

 

Step-5: Physical presence and offline document verification: Students must visit and provide their admission receipt and all necessary documents to the allotted college campus for physical document verification.
