About Training and Placement
SAET provides offers 100% placement assistance to the students during and after completion of the course. Our Training and Placement Cell is run by a group of highly experienced professionals. We ensure that each engineer is being provided with the right placement training. The placement team coordinates with Human Resources personnel of different industries in all major cities of India. Only full-time B.Tech and BCA students can participate in our training and placement. We organize training and placement programs on college campuses.
Training: We provide training in specialization of PHP, JAVA, DBMS, ASP.NET, Embedded, VLSI Design, and Robotics. The Duration of specialization training is of 1 to 3 months.
Placement: We provide the names or tyes of companies to students for placement. The salary package is a minimum Rs. 2.4 LPA and a maximum Rs. 6 LPA. The trained students are also provided placement opportunities by us in other college campuese if we are having placement drive over ther.
Objectives: The primary objective is to enhance the skills, knowledge and abilities of every individual and in the process of matching the skills required by the industries to make them employable.
The objective includes;
Organizing need based training
Improving Technical knowledge competence.
Improving Communication and presentation skills.
Industrial exposure and interaction interview handling skills, mock interviews and group discussions.
Personality Development
Career guidance.
Provide Placement opportunities.
The goal of the cell is to develop the students according to the need of the various industries and to ensure that every student is suitably placed and secure A job based on his/her qualification before graduation from the college. We are endeavoring to fulfill the ambition through the whole hearted support from the faculty, staff, students and management.
SAET has collaboration and network with a number of companies for the sake of placement to students recommended by it. Most of the companies figuring in the network mentioned above visit the colleges to offer placement to students who are admitted there through AIEESE (Primary)- 2024. In this way, the network of companies associated with SAET has been very helpful to the students.
Job Oriented Training
Engineering is considered to be one of the oldest and most comprehensive fields of study. Engineering comprises of the construction, designing and use of machines. The course provides students with the knowledge, tools, and skills to operate machines. Engineers designs everything from batteries to a fully-furnished automobile engine.
The scope of Engineering is huge in India and abroad. There are plenty of job-oriented courses for engineers to pursue after the completion of a bachelor’s degree. Although there are many work opportunities in various sectors, pursuing a specialization in a particular field opens your horizons to career paths you may never have imagined before.
We believe in skill development during education, hence we provide specific job-oriented training (Internships) during the tenure of the course i.e. between the 3rd and 7th semesters. We have a dedicated Training and Placement Cell run by a group of highly experienced professionals. The placement team coordinates with Human Resources personnel of different industries at all major cities of India.
We have partnership with hundreds of MNC’s and government skill development agencies which provide job-oriented training and internships to our students and groom and mentor them to be professionals in their specific field.
Placement Assistance
With the sole motive of spreading technical education and encouraging students to pursue education, SAET Agency Provides students with 100% job Assistance. Candidates would be admitted to the AIEESE (Primary) participating colleges, where he/she will get an opportunity for campus placement. Apart from campus placement SAET gives placement guarantee to the students even if they are unable to get a job through campus placement. With guaranteed placement, the students become confident of getting job after the completion of college life.

Salary package offered to each and every student will vary in between 3.6LPA to 8LPA depending on the performance of the candidates during Development phase.
